The TQ is held in by elastic for easy removal in an emergency. The holder includes a slot to hold a sharpie for noting the time of use on the TQ . The TQ holder is MOLLE compatible and can be belt mounted vertically or horizontally, or by using the Dangler panel, you can mount it from the front of a plate carrier or chest rig. Our goal with the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is to give the user as many mounting and attachment options as possible, even to a car roof or other fabric covered surface.
