We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our holsters. our 60 day manufacturers warranty will cover any defects. The purchasable lifetime warranty covers the holster no questions asked. Dog chewed it? No problem.

Shipping Policy
Products are shipped First-Class Shipping (2-5 Days) and tracking information will be provided to the customer.
ANR Design Recommends route package protection at checkout. This insurance will cover the cost of the purchase if anything happens during delivery.
If you receive notification that a package was delivered but the product is not at the delivered location, please reach out to customer service and we will attempt to assist in recovering the missing package.
Current lead times for custom shop holsters are 2-4 weeks. Current lead time for quick ship automations department holsters is 5-7 days.

Return Policy & Cancelling Orders:
Custom holster sales are final. Please double check your order before placing it and reach out to customer service ASAP if a problem is discovered.
Due to the nature of the business offering exclusively custom holsters made specifically to order, we do not accept returns. If you ordered incorrectly and have received the holster that you ordered, we do not accept these mistakes as returns.

Customers may be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the value of goods for any unshipped product refunded after the 48 hour grace period, and an inspection and repacking fee of 30% will be charged for any non-defective product that has been received by the customer.
