I have ordered three holsters from ANR Design and I was very pleased with the first two. However, on the third holster shipment, not so much. The holster arrived with scuff marks and some scratches on the outside unlike previous examples. I believe perhaps the marring occurred from shipping with the mag carriers in the same envelope without any wrapping to separate the two products. The shipping department needs to simply wrap items in paper to prevent the rubbing together in the mailing envelope.
I was going to recommend your products to friends in need of holsters but am now hesitant. I would be embarrassed to make that recommendation and have them receive a blemished product. I believe I am going to pass on future orders and recommendations. While ANR makes excellent products, they need to take the necessary steps to get them safely to the customer.

Sorry you are dissatisfied with the product received. If you had a blem or manufacturing defect, did you escalate with customer service, rather than writing a review? Part of our service to a happy customer is interfacing with customer service when there is an issue.

I would like to preface my review by articulating that I had worked for a holster company for a couple of years.
I was skeptical at first as to whether or not I was a fan of not having the means to adjust the cant or ride height however, I will say that the ride height on my Cz 75 PCR is perfect. I thought it would be much more difficult to conceal the pistol without the aforementioned means and I was entirely mistaken. I would say this holster, with the claw, allows me to conceal the CZ to the same degree that my holster for G43 (no extensions/flushfit mag) with no claw; further, I would have to carry my G48 (with a comp/also flushfit mags) on the lowest ride height with any of my other holsters with a claw and it still would not conceal as nicely as the ANR holster that I purchased. I am now a huge fan and plan to order holsters from them for all of my other needs/wants. Whenever asked for a recommendation, I will point this way.

The holster simply does what it is designed to do.
I have had zero issues with the P01 grip rocking up and down like I have with other holsters
