Holster is perfect I love but wrong side and inside. I request is open carry. They Refused to solved this issue and keep telling me it my fault for wrong order. They calling me annoying guy. This is disappointed/disrespectful me! I won’t do business with you again ever! They’re not professional business!

Sir, We tried fixing this with you. You ordered incorrectly. You had confirmation emails with your order summary, you had time to review shipping order summary and almost 2.5 weeks to verify if you made a mistake. You made a mistake when purchasing a custom, one-off, made to YOUR specifications order. We offered a refund with a restocking fee, and you told us to fuck off. You refused to take any responsibility for ordering incorrectly, telling us it was our fault. Human error is human error. We offered solutions, including a discount to a new purchase after the restocking fee. We were not disrespectful. You call us name, and profanities over the phone. That is disrespectful.

I’ve been carrying a gun for about 6 years now and the first holster that really fit me well was a tier one with a magazine caddy. I’m a thinner guy and the holster has just been uncomfortable for years but it positively retains the gun and allowed me to carry extra ammunition.
This holster is absolutely an improvement over my last rig. It’s really well made, it’s very low profile, it’s comfortable, and I love having a single clip. The injection molded one and a half inch clip is a huge improvement over two clips. For a couple reasons, one you can remove the gun with one hand, and two, the gun takes up less space on your waistband so you don’t have to worry about straddling a belt buckle with the clips.
Love the simplicity and positive retention! This is an excellent holster and I can’t recommend it enough.
