Our M&P 45 Full Size holsters are molded on the actual .45 — the big-bore frame and slide are their own dimensions apart from the 9/40 M&Ps, so the .45 gets its own dedicated shell. Interchangeable backstraps never affect fit (the holster indexes on the slide and trigger guard), and slide-mounted optics and suppressor-height sights clear as standard. Running the M&P 45 Compact? It’s a separate fitment — select your exact model in the builder.

Inside the Waistband (IWB): A duty .45 concealed is a commitment we respect — our IWB rig pairs it with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system, with ride height and cant adjustment. No — the .45 wears its own frame and slide dimensions, and a 9/40 shell won’t retain it correctly. Ours is molded on the actual .45.
