Our P365-XMACRO holsters are molded on the actual pistol in its XMACRO configuration — the extended grip module and longer slide that separate it from the standard 365. The XMACRO is not a P365 with a bigger magazine; it’s a different footprint everywhere a holster touches, which is why it gets its own dedicated shell rather than sharing one with the 3.1″ gun.
Comped or non-comped? That distinction matters more than it sounds. An integrated compensator changes the muzzle-end geometry a shell wraps, so comped and non-comped XMACRO variants are different guns to a mold. Select your exact model in the builder so the shell matches what you carry.
Every ANR shell is optic-ready and cut for suppressor-height sights as standard — not an upcharge, not a box to check. Run a red dot, run tall irons, run both, or run neither; the same holster fits. Your setup can change without your holster having to.
Carry Options for the P365-XMACRO
Inside the Waistband (IWB): The XMACRO was built to be carried, not just shot well — our IWB rig completes it with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system, with ride height and cant adjustment. Light-Bearing: The XMACRO’s longer frame rail opens up more light options than the standard 365, and light-bearing configurations are molded as a single gun-and-light unit rather than a standard shell with clearance cut into it. Select your light in the builder to see current fitments.
OWB: A comped, full-grip carry gun handles like a service pistol, and belt carry suits it — configure belt attachment and cant in the builder.

No — the XMACRO’s grip module and slide are dimensionally different from both, so it needs its own shell. Each 365 variant has a dedicated fitment; select yours in the builder.

Does it fit the manual safety model?
Yes — the optional thumb safety sits on the frame clear of the molding surfaces, so the same shell fits with or without it.
Is the striker trigger safe in a KYDEX® holster?
That’s exactly what the holster is for — the shell fully encloses the trigger guard, so nothing reaches the trigger until the gun clears the holster. A rigid, full trigger-guard cover is the foundation of safe carry.
