Our Zero 1 holsters are molded on a dedicated shell formed to the service pistol’s actual geometry — the alloy frame, DA/SA hammer, decocker, and accessory rail all accounted for, with the fully ambidextrous controls riding clear of the shell. Retention clicks on the trigger guard with full authority, and the gun carries hammer-down as its manual of arms intends.

Every Zero 1 holster clears suppressor-height sights as standard, with optic accommodation for slide-mounted red dots.

Inside the Waistband (IWB): The service-size Zero 1 carries the way good DA/SA metal always has — our IWB rig pairs it with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system, with ride height and cant adjustment. Light-Bearing: The Zero 1’s rail takes around twenty molded light fitments, including the Streamlight TLR-1 / HL / HL-X, TLR-2, and TLR-7 series, Surefire X300U-A & B and XC-series, Inforce, Olight, and Sig Foxtrot lights. Every shell is molded to the exact gun-and-light combination.
OWB — Standard & Nidhogg: The same dedicated fitment and light catalog outside the waistband — classic belt carry on the Standard OWB, range and working configurations on the Nidhogg.

Is the AREX Zero 1 striker-fired?
No — it’s a hammer-fired DA/SA with a decocker, and that’s the point of the gun. Our shell is molded with the full hammer and control geometry accounted for, and it carries hammer-down as designed.
Will a Sig P226 holster fit my Zero 1?
No — the Zero 1 shares design philosophy with the P226, not dimensions. Its slide, frame, and rail are its own geometry, and our shell is molded on the actual Zero 1.
Will this holster fit the Zero 1 CP, TC, or Tactical?
No — the compacts and the threaded-barrel Tactical each get their own dedicated fitments. Select your exact model in the builder and retention locks correctly.
Can I get a light-bearing Zero 1 holster?
