AREX Zero 1 Tactical Fitment & Compatibility
Our Zero 1 Tactical holsters are molded on a dedicated shell formed to the suppressor-ready configuration — the threaded barrel clears through the open muzzle (thread protector on or off), the suppressor-height sights ride the sight channel, and slide-mounted red dots clear as standard. Retention clicks on the trigger guard with full authority, hammer-down DA/SA carry as intended. Note the holster is molded for the pistol, not for a mounted suppressor.

Carry Options for the Zero 1 Tactical
OWB — Standard & Nidhogg: The Tactical’s natural home — range work, suppressed shooting sessions, and working carry on the Standard OWB or the Nidhogg platform, with the full light catalog available.
Inside the Waistband (IWB): The threaded barrel adds length, not width — and length rides along the leg. Our IWB rig pairs it with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system. Made to order, with the exact lead time shown live in the builder.
Light-Bearing: The Tactical’s rail takes around twenty molded light fitments, including the Streamlight TLR-1 / HL / HL-X, TLR-2, and TLR-7 series, Surefire X300U-A & B and XC-series, Inforce, Olight, and Sig Foxtrot lights — light and threaded barrel handled together, molded as one unit.
