Holster support never matched the gun’s cult. Ours does: ANR Design builds custom KYDEX® H&K USP holsters precision-formed in Manchester, NH with four dedicated fitments — USP 45 and USP 9/40, each in Compact and Full-Size — because HK built them as different guns and we mold them that way. The USP’s control-lever geometry and hammer are formed into every shell, with hammer-down or cocked-and-locked carry as you run it. H&K USP Fitment — Four Guns, Four Molds
The USP family splits along two lines a holster must respect: caliber frame (the .45 wears a larger frame and slide than the 9mm/.40) and size (Full-Size vs Compact) — four combinations, four dedicated ANR shells: USP 45 Full-Size, USP 45 Compact, USP 9/40 Full-Size, and USP 9/40 Compact. Select your exact variant in the builder and retention clicks on your gun’s actual geometry — control lever, hammer, and the USP’s distinctive slide profile all accounted for. Suppressor-height sights clear as standard, with optic accommodation for slide-milled red dots.

Inside the Waistband (IWB): A full-size USP concealed is a statement of commitment, and the Compacts were built for exactly this — our IWB rig pairs either with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system, with ride height and cant adjustment. Made to order, with the exact lead time shown live in the builder.
OWB — Standard & Nidhogg: The USP’s natural habitat — duty-style belt carry on the Standard OWB, range and working configurations on the Nidhogg, all four variants covered.
Light-Bearing: The USP’s proprietary rail predates the 1913 standard, which limits what mounts to the gun itself — our light-bearing support follows your pistol’s reality: the USP 45 Compact currently carries molded light fitments in our IWB builder; select your variant to see what’s available for it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a USP Full-Size holster fit my USP Compact?
No — and a .45 shell won’t fit the 9/40 either. The four variants are dimensionally different guns, which is why each has its own dedicated mold. Select your exact model in the builder.
Does this fit the USP Tactical or Expert?
Our fitments are molded on the standard USP variants — the Tactical’s threaded barrel and the Expert’s extended slide change the geometry. If you run one, contact us with your exact model before ordering and we’ll confirm where support stands.
Why is USP light support limited?
HK gave the USP a proprietary rail before the industry standardized on 1913 — most weapon lights don’t mount to it without an adapter. We mold what the gun actually takes; select your variant in the builder to see its options.
Does the control lever or hammer interfere with the holster?
No — every USP shell is molded with the full control geometry accounted for, and the gun carries hammer-down or cocked-and-locked as your manual of arms prefers.
