Why the Gen 5 Glock 22 Needs Its Own Shell
Glock revised the .40-caliber slide dimensions in the fifth generation — so a holster molded for a Gen 2–4 G22 rides loose on a Gen 5, and retention never locks correctly. We mold the Gen 5 Glock 22 its own dedicated shell, formed on the actual Gen 5 geometry, with the same audible click retention as every holster we build. (Running a Gen 2–4 G22?
