FN 509 LS Edge Fitment & Compatibility
Our 509 LS Edge holsters are molded on a dedicated long-slide shell — the LS Edge’s 5″ slide is its own geometry, covered to the muzzle, with the flared magwell riding above the shell where it belongs. Mounted red dots on the LPOMS plates and suppressor-height sights clear as standard, and retention clicks on the trigger guard with full authority.
Carry Options for the FN 509 LS Edge
OWB — Standard & Nidhogg: The long slide’s natural home — the dedicated LS Edge fitment outside the waistband for match days, range work, and working carry, with the full light catalog available on both platforms.
Inside the Waistband (IWB): A 5″ slide carries IWB better than you’d think — the length rides along the leg and anchors the grip. Our rig pairs it with an in-house concealment claw and your choice of injection-molded clips, heat-treated DCC Monoblock steel, or the NeoMag Alias system. Both right- and left-handed builds qualify for our fastest Quick Ship tier.
Light-Bearing: Around twenty molded light fitments — the Streamlight TLR-1 / HL / HL-X, TLR-2, and TLR-7 series, Surefire X300U-A & B and XC-series, Inforce, Olight, and Sig Foxtrot lights — with the TLR-1, TLR-7, and X300 combinations Quick Ship eligible in both hands. Every shell is molded to the exact gun-and-light combination.
Daishō AIWB Sidecar: Holster and magazine carrier bridged by a flexible Tegris wing with adjustable cant — the Daishō carries a dedicated LS Edge fitment, and left-handed builds are Quick Ship eligible.

Will a standard FN 509 holster fit the LS Edge?
No — the LS Edge wears a longer slide, and the slide is what a holster molds around. It gets its own dedicated shell; select the LS Edge specifically in the builder.
Does the flared magwell interfere with the holster?
No — the magwell sits at the base of the grip, entirely above the shell. It affects reloads, not fitment.
Will the holster clear my red dot on the LPOMS plate?
Yes — mounted optics and suppressor-height sights clear as standard on every shell, at no extra cost.
