Custom KYDEX® Holsters for the FN 509C TLR-1/HL
An FN 509C with a TLR-1 is the maximalist compact — full duty-light output on the carry frame, for the owner who refuses to scale the lumens down with the gun. ANR Design molds our KYDEX® holsters over the exact pairing in Manchester, NH: 509 Compact or 509C Tactical with the TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL mounted, light fully enclosed, retention locked on the gun, optics and suppressor-height sights cleared as standard. Every TLR-1 build is made to order and molded to your exact combination — priced and lead-timed live in the builder below, IWB or OWB.

FN 509C + TLR-1 Fitment Details
This holster is molded over the actual pairing — FN 509 Compact or 509C Tactical with the Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL mounted, on the 509C shell. The TLR-1 and HL share the housing dimensions a holster molds around, so one fitment covers both — light fully enclosed, draw snag-free, retention clicking on the trigger guard rather than clamping the light.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this holster fit the TLR-1 HL?
Yes — the TLR-1 and TLR-1 HL share body dimensions, and one fitment covers both with correct retention. The TLR-1 HL-X is a different housing with its own dedicated fitment; select it specifically in the builder.
Is the 509C TLR-1 holster Quick Ship eligible?
TLR-1 combinations on the 509C are made to order — molded to your exact configuration in our standard queue, with the lead time shown live before you order. If speed matters most, the 509C’s TLR-7 and Surefire X300 combinations Quick Ship in both hands.
Will this fit my 509C Tactical with the threaded barrel and a TLR-1?
Yes — the shell covers both trims, threaded barrel riding through the open muzzle, with tall sights and mounted optics clearing as standard.
Will a full-size FN 509 TLR-1 holster fit the Compact with the same light?
No — the compact frame is its own geometry, and the shell molds around both the gun and the light. Each pairing gets its own dedicated fitment; select your exact gun in the builder.
What warranty comes with it?
Every ANR Design holster includes a free Lifetime Warranty on the KYDEX® shell for the original purchaser — automatic on every order, no registration.
