This holster is molded over the actual pairing — FN 509, 509 Midsize, or 509 Tactical with the Surefire X300U-A or X300U-B mounted, on the family shell. The light housing is fully enclosed, the draw stays smooth with no bezel snag, and retention clicks on the trigger guard rather than clamping the light. Mounted optics and suppressor-height sights clear as standard.

What’s the difference between the X300U-A and X300U-B — and which do I select?
The A and B differ in how they mount: the U-A uses Surefire’s quick-release rail latch, the U-B a T-slot screw mount. We mold a dedicated fitment for each — select the exact version you run in the builder and retention will lock correctly.
Will this fit my 509 Tactical with the threaded barrel and an X300?
Yes — the family shell covers the Tactical, threaded barrel riding through the open muzzle, with tall sights and mounted optics clearing as standard. The full duty stack carries without modification.
