The FN 502 Tactical was built to mirror the 509 Tactical’s external dimensions — that’s the entire point of the gun — and our OWB shell honors the design: the 502 runs on the same precision fitment as the 509 Tactical, with the threaded barrel riding through the open muzzle, suppressor-height sights clearing the sight channel, and a mounted red dot clearing as standard. Retention clicks on the trigger guard exactly as it does on the centerfire gun — which means your draw, your retention feel, and your training loop stay identical between the .22 and the 9mm.
