The shell encloses the light housing completely, the draw stays smooth with no bezel snag, and retention clicks on the trigger guard rather than clamping the light. What’s the difference between the X300U-A and X300U-B — and which do I select?
The A and B differ in how they mount: the U-A uses Surefire’s quick-release rail latch, the U-B a T-slot screw mount. We mold a dedicated fitment for each — select the exact version you run in the builder and retention will lock correctly.
