One ANR Design shell covers the entire Glock 17 family: Gen 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the 17M, 17 MOS optics models, and the Glock 47 — as well as the .357 SIG Glock 31, which shares the 17’s frame and slide dimensions. That’s not a compromise fit: the 17’s external geometry is consistent enough across generations that a properly molded shell locks up on all of them with the same audible click retention. If you upgrade from a Gen 3 to a Gen 5, your holster comes with you. (Our Daishō sidecar fitment covers Gen 3–6 and also fits the Glock 22 on the same shell.)

Will a Glock 17 holster fit my Gen 5 or Gen 3?
Yes — our Glock 17 IWB and OWB fitments cover Gen 2 through Gen 6 on one shell, including the 17M, 17 MOS, and Glock 47. Generation changes altered the 17’s internals and grip texture far more than its holster-relevant external geometry, so one precision mold serves them all with full retention. The Daishō sidecar fitment covers Gen 3–6.
Does the Glock 17 holster fit the Glock 47?
Yes. The Glock 47’s slide and frame dimensions match our Glock 17 fitment, and it’s covered on the same IWB and OWB shells.
Can I get a Glock 17 holster for the GTL-10 or X400 Ultra?
Yes — we’re one of the few manufacturers still molding dedicated fitments for the Glock GTL-10 and the Surefire X400 Ultra on the G17. Select either light in the builder and the shell is formed to that exact combination.
