When packing a traditional full-size defensive tool, precision molding makes all the difference. Every ANR Design holster is vacuum-formed over custom in-house CNC-machined molds to match the exact geometric frame lines of your firearm.

• Dedicated 5″ Government Profiles: This collection is precision-molded specifically for standard 5-inch barrel Government models. We offer exact options for both standard Non-Rail layouts and standard Picatinny Railed frames.

• Important Compatibility Exclusions: Because of distinct slide and frame geometries, our standard 1911 holsters DO NOT fit Sig Sauer 1911 models, nor do they accommodate specialty full-length dust cover rail frames (such as the Springfield TRP Operator Full Rail). • Open-Ended Muzzle (Comp Ready): All of our 1911 holsters feature an open-ended muzzle design to allow seamless clearance for extended threaded barrels and the vast majority of aftermarket compensators. Please specify the exact make and model of the compensator you are running in the customer notes at checkout.

• Optics-Ready & Suppressor-Sight Clearance: Cut standard to clear all major slide-mounted red dot footprints (including the Trijicon RMR/SRO/RMR HD and Holosun 407c/507c/EPS) without degrading holster retention. The over-cut sight channel accommodates aftermarket iron sights up to 0.450” tall.

Our standard IWB rigs utilize our proprietary, in-house designed concealment claws (wings) and heavy-duty injection-molded clips (available in 1.5″ and 1.75″) to leverage your gun belt and rotate the grip inward. Upgrade options include heat-treated steel alloy Discrete Carry Concepts (DCC) Monoblocks and NeoMag Alias T-Post architectures.

Standard OWB Pancake

The definitive choice for close-to-the-body outside-the-waistband placement. These rigs feature curved Pancake Loops that pull the massive slide footprint tightly against your waistline’s natural contour for low-visibility OWB carry. Open-ended Speed Clips are also available for easy on/off convenience without unbuckling your belt. Choose between a 0° Straight Drop or a 10° forward cant.

Nidhogg Tactical OWB Dropleg

Built to clear heavy outer winter gear, body armor, or battle belts, our rugged Nidhogg series handles extreme field and training environments. The shell can bolt directly to a tactical belt attachment or ship as a complete drop shroud setup. The pre-drilled hole patterns offer native compatibility with leading quick-detach ecosystems, including Safariland QLS, G-Code RTI, and Blade-Tech Tek-Lok systems.

Will my 5″ 1911 fit in this holster if it has an aftermarket rail adapter added?

No. Our railed 1911 holsters are meticulously molded around factory-railed frames. Aftermarket bolt-on or clamp-on rail adapters alter the trigger guard and frame geometry significantly, meaning the firearm will not achieve safe mechanical retention inside our Kydex shells.

Can I run a light-bearing holster if I take the light off my railed 1911?

No. Light-bearing Kydex holsters achieve their positive, audible mechanical click by forming tightly around the specific shell geometry of the weapon-mounted light. If you mount your firearm inside a light-bearing holster without the light attached to the rail, the gun will rattle freely inside the shell and will not achieve safe or secure retention.
