Operational Protocols

Every ANR Design holster is built in New Hampshire, test-fitted before it ships, and backed by a Lifetime Warranty on the Kydex® shell — automatically, on every order. No registration, no added cost, no fine-print gymnastics. If your shell ever cracks or breaks under normal, intended use, we’ll replace it. Whether that’s next year or ten years from now.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Coverage is tied to your original order, so we can look it up via your name, email, or order number.

• Hardware and consumables: Screws, spacers, washers, clips, and mounting hardware experience natural wear over time and are considered consumable parts.
• Cosmetic wear: Surface scuffs, holster wear marks, and finish fading from normal carry are badges of honor, not defects.
• Damage from misuse or modification: Damage caused by disassembly beyond user-adjustable hardware, aftermarket alterations, exposure to solvents or harsh chemicals, or extreme heat (such as prolonged storage on a vehicle dashboard) is not covered.
• Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on warranty replacements. Once your claim is verified, we’ll send a shipping invoice. Please note that once the shipping invoice is paid, your replacement enters production.

1. Submit a claim: Fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our Contact Page. Please include your original order number, name, or email so we can pull up your build specs, along with a photo of the broken holster and current shipping address.
2. We verify and invoice: Our customer service team confirms your claim and sends a shipping invoice. Once paid, the replacement shell is placed into production to your original specifications.
3. Test-fitted before shipping: Every warranty replacement is test-fitted prior to shipment, just like your original order.
4. Shell only: Replacement holsters ship as the shell only and do not include mounting hardware. The shell will ship with retention hardware to ensure a proper test fit. Retain your original hardware to use with your replacement shell.

ANR Design reserves the right to repair or replace at our discretion, and to substitute materials, patterns, or colors of equal or greater value when originals are no longer available.

Custom holster sales are FINAL. Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing, we do not accept returns on custom orders. Please double-check your specs before ordering. 

RESTOCKING FEES: Unshipped products refunded after 48 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non-defective returns (if authorized) are subject to a 30% inspection and repacking fee.

⚠ ROUTE PROTECTION: ANR Design recommends Route Package Protection at checkout. This insurance covers the cost if anything happens during delivery. If a package is marked delivered but missing, please contact support immediately.
