Responsibilities

Assist with our CNC line for Dealer orders this can include but is not limited to
    • Molding holster shells
    • Preparing the molded shells for CNC cutting by triming and drilling
    • Edge finish the cut shells in our sisal booth
    • Assemble order to dealer order specifications

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of power tools (bandsaw, drill press, sander, drill).
  • Ability to work around loud machinery (6+ hours/day).
  • Attention to detail and steady hand.
  • MUST PASS FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

  • Edge finish the cut shells in our sisal booth
  • Wash holsters to prepare for assembly
  • Assemble order to order specifications
  • Assist with retail inventory

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of power tools (bandsaw, drill press, sander, drill).

Responsibilities

  • CAD Modeling: Design, modify, and optimize 3D parametric models for firearms, firearm accessories, and tooling fixtures using Autodesk Fusion 360.

  • Technical Documentation: Generate clear, accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, detailed schematics, and bill of materials (BOMs).

  • Fixture Assembly: Assist in the hands-on assembly, fitment, and testing of tooling fixtures, jigs, and production hardware.

  • Prototyping & Iteration: Work directly with production to test prototypes, refine component geometry, and make quick design tweaks based on physical testing.

  • File Management: Maintain organized CAD file structures, version histories, and design standards across all product lines.

Qualifications

  • Software Experience: Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (highly preferred). Experience with other parametric CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) is welcome.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of 3D modeling fundamentals, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical assemblies.

  • Education Requirements: No college degree required. Hands-on skill, mechanical intuition, and a solid working knowledge of CAD software are what matter most to us.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in measurements, fitment tolerances, and design integrity.
